The staff were amiable and accommodating. The beds were great. The room was spotless and had 2 single beds. The Kyriad Bourg En Bresse in Bourg-en-Bresse impressed us with its welcoming staff and comfortable beds. Our spotless room with two single beds suited our needs perfectly, while the convenient location within a 15-minute walk of a stunning gothic-style monastery made our stay enjoyable.

We had a very delightful experience in this quiet hotel. the twin room was well-equipped and new-fashioned with a modern bathroom. the location was particularly good and ideal, close to the tourist area, and the bed was good.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Bourg-en-Bresse. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking was ample. The location was ideal, as it was close to restaurants and a short walk into town. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable and modern room that was clean. The hotel also had a lovely pool, although we visited in February when it was out of season.

Pleasant place to stay with ideal location for a stop on the way to the Alps and tasty food. Location just next door to centre of Bourg en Bresse, the restaurant and other Kyriad's. A lot of food options within walking distance of the venue👍👍

The stay here was great, I did not want to leave. the room was well-equipped and perfectly clean with a functional bathroom. Its location close to the tourist area was convenient. the hotel's food was good and there is a restaurant called Robin des Pizz nearby.

The hotel offers great amenities such as a renovated room with a kettle, separate toilet and bathroom, and a quiet location with a pool view. the room was pleasantly cool, perfect for the hot weather. the restaurant served good and plentiful food, and there is on-site parking. the staff was helpful, recommending local restaurants and informing us about a nearby light show.
Felt truly looked after, nothing too much trouble.

During my Christmas stay, I was blown away by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel! the location was perfect - it had ample parking and was situated within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. the pool looked inviting, though not in season during my stay. I also appreciated having tea and coffee-making facilities in my room.
The room I stayed in was in dire need of refurbishment. the bed was uncomfortable, and there were stains on the wall and mildew in the bathroom.
